If your company has multiple employees using the software under single license key #, you can set up individual user accounts to track who performed each cut. This feature helps improve workflow management, accountability, and efficiency in your shop.

Additionally, once multiple users are set up, you can generate Reports that provide detailed cutting statistics by user, helping you analyze productivity, track usage, and optimize workflow management.

To add new users go to the Edit menu in the top navigation bar and click on Preferences to open the settings panel.

Don't forget to inform each user of the password you have assigned to them to ensure seamless access to the system.

From this point forward, each time a user attempts to cut a pattern, they will be prompted to enter their password. This ensures that the system accurately tracks which user is performing the cut, allowing you to review detailed cutting statistics later in the Reports section.
