If you’ve recently renewed your subscription but the new expiration date hasn’t updated in the Software, there are a few things you should check.
The latest version of the Software automatically retrieves the new expiration date from the server after launch.
How do I Get the Latest Software Version
1. You're using an older version of the software
Older versions may not support automatic date retrieval. Please update to the latest version and relaunch the software.
2. Your previous expiration date is still active (more than 5 days out)
If your previous expiration date is more than 5 days away from the date of your renewal, the software may still display the old expiration date. Don’t worry — the system will automatically update the expiration date as the previous expiration date nears. Just relaunch the software closer to the actual expiration day.
3. None of the above applies
If you’ve confirmed you’re on the latest version and your old expiration date was close, but the new date still hasn’t applied — we’re here to help!
