Each pattern in the database has a Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), determined by multiple factors: Car Body Type, as installation complexity varies by vehicle type (e.g., pickup, convertible, sedan); Square Footage (SQFT), with larger surfaces typically requiring more time and effort for installation; Roll Width, which helps estimate material waste during application; and Material Multiplier, as costs differ based on materials, with tint films generally being less expensive than paint protection films. These prices serve as a reference and may not reflect actual market costs.
Price Tables allow you to set up custom prices to fit your specific circumstances. You can add specified values to the MSRP, apply multipliers, or use pattern square footage as a basis for price calculations. Multiple Price Tables can be created, however only one of those tables can be set as active. Price Tables set within the Software can also be uploaded to the server, making custom pricing visible on the website.
Click "Open Pattern from the Database”; the Database Access Tool will open in a separate window.
Click Price Tables → Manage Price Tables.
The Price Tables window will open in a separate window, where you can set up new Price Tables and rules.
To add a Price Table, click the green plus sign button in the top-left corner.
In the Table Name section, <New Price Table> will appear by default. To rename the table, simply type in your preferred name.
