This menu option allows you to clear the screen of all previous drawings and start a new project. If any previous drawings have not been saved, a pop-up message will prompt you to save them before proceeding.
This option allows you to open a previously saved file. It will display the standard Windows "Open File" dialog box. Select the desired file and click the Yes button, or simply double-click on the file. A preview of the selected file will appear in the preview window. If the preview does not display, the file might be from an older version. In that case, open the file, save it again, and the preview will be available the next time you load it.
To change the default directory, double-click on the directory you want to set as the new default (indicated by the yellow folder icon). If the directory you are looking for does not appear in the list, double-click the first file in the list (representing the root directory of the current drive) and continue navigating to the desired folder.
This option closes the active window. If there are unsaved changes, you will be prompted to save them before closing.
